Big Brother Australia has returned! After a two-year break, the beloved reality TV show is back on Channel 10 for a new season. The network promises the upcoming series will be “unscripted, unfiltered [and] unmissable.”
This season, the show moves back to Dreamworld on the Gold Coast, featuring a brand-new house. A diverse group of housemates will be live-streamed 24/7, giving viewers across Australia an immersive experience.
With more than 20,000 applications received, producers faced a tough challenge choosing the ideal cast. The identities of the 12 everyday Australians entering the house will be revealed only at the season premiere on Sunday, November 9.
“12 housemates enter the house at launch… I think it’s a [really] great cross range of Australians that will be heading into the house from all different walks of life, different ages.”
“We’ve got some that have admitted to being clean freaks, which I think will be very exciting to see unfold in the house.”
Host Mel Tracina shared these hints ahead of the premiere in an interview with TV Tonight, highlighting the diverse personalities viewers can expect.
The 2025 season of Big Brother Australia marks a vibrant return, featuring a diverse cast in a fresh setting, promising real, unfiltered drama live 24/7.
