Local Man Sentenced for Kidnapping and Raping Women
A Forest Park man has been sentenced to prison after pleading guilty to kidnapping three women and raping two of them over a little more than a month.
According to the Hamilton County Prosecutor’s Office, Rodolfo Castillo kidnapped two of the women in 2023 from the apartment complex on West Kemper Road where he lived, by jumping into their cars as they attempted to leave.
He encountered the third woman at a Kroger store in Woodlawn and ordered her into his father’s truck. She managed to escape by jumping from the vehicle into traffic, suffering serious injuries.
Authorities said Castillo did not know any of his victims.
