Keep Statesboro-Bulloch Beautiful hosted its fourth annual Recycle Fest on Saturday, November, in the parking lot behind City Hall on East Vine Street.
The free event aimed to make recycling easy and educate attendees on sustainable living. Residents brought various items, including old electronics, glass, plastics, batteries, and paper documents.
This year's event also featured a Fix-It Fair, hosted by the Greener Boro Commission and Georgia Southern BIG, where volunteers repaired or repurposed broken items, promoting innovation and reducing waste.
