Padrock Begins Construction on £130m Logistics Development
Specialist logistics developer Padrock has started work on a 210,000 sq ft urban multi-let industrial and logistics development in Leyton, east London.
The Leyton Logistics Hub will feature 11 units, ranging from 6,000 sq ft to 36,000 sq ft, targeting EPC A+ and BREEAM Outstanding ratings, aligned with Article 9 of EU Taxonomy for climate change mitigation.
