The scene unfolded at the corner of Brock and Bay Streets, where a person was shouting at a coffee shop patron, unaware of their own pants falling down.
Near the downtown multiplex cinema, a young woman was found lying on the ground, surrounded by hooded men who were administering something to her, prompting concerns for her safety.
I wanted to attend to this young woman. However, I decided to stay clear as I was not sure that maybe one of the hooded delinquents might assault me, as they seemed to have a vested interest in this young woman.
The situation has raised concerns about the mental state and well-being of these individuals and the safety of the community.
