IEBC Sets Deadline for Pre-Election Disputes
The Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission (IEBC) has issued new directives for handling nomination disputes ahead of the November 27, 2025, by-elections.
Complainants will be notified of hearing schedules via email or phone call once their cases are received.
- All disputes arising from or relating to nominations must be determined within ten days of being lodged.
- The deadline for resolving disputes is no later than October 21, 2025.

The Commission will hear and determine all such disputes at venues to be specified by IEBC officials.
