Peace River Regional District Exempts Properties from Tax
The Peace River Regional District has voted to remove over 800 properties from the area taxed for the North Peace Leisure Pool in Fort St.
During the October 16th meeting, the board of directors approved the North Peace Leisure Pool Service Boundary Amendment Bylaw, which details portions of Electoral Area B exempt from taxation for the North Peace Leisure Pool.

- Total property tax worth: approximately $444.58 million
- Residential: $208.06 million
- Major industrial: $215.79 million
