Yangwang U9 Xtreme: Fastest Production EV at Nürburgring
The Yangwang U9 Xtreme has set a new lap record of 6:59.157, becoming the fastest production EV to lap the Nürburgring Nordschleife circuit.
Compared to the previous record holder, the Xiaomi SU7 Ultra, the U9X is 5.8 seconds faster. The Xiaomi SU7 Ultra's time was 7:04.957.
The record was set by Moritz Kranz, an experienced German racer with almost 10,000 laps of the Nordschleife circuit.
The U9X has taken the crown once again, setting a new lap record.
