Irish Teams Announced for Hurling/Camogie Shinty Series
The Irish camogie and hurling squads for the International Rules Series have been confirmed.
The two Irish teams will face their Scottish shinty counterparts at Bught Park in Inverness next Saturday. The match schedule is as follows:
- Camogie-Shinty match: 12 noon
- Hurling-Shinty game: 2:10pm
The men's team will be joint managed by Terence McNaughton and Michael Kavanagh, with Limerick's Dan Morrissey as captain. The women's team will be managed by Ger Manley, with Cork's Saoirse McCarthy as captain.
The double-header will be broadcast live on the BBC Alba YouTube channel and available at gaa.ie/shinty.
