A shelter-in-place was issued for Pima Community College's downtown campus due to an alleged domestic violence incident nearby.
The incident occurred on Tuesday night, starting around 6 p.m. when a woman involved in an argument ran from a vehicle at the intersection of Speedway and Stone.
According to a spokesperson for the school, the woman ran to the campus and implied that the other person involved had a gun, prompting the PCC Police Department to issue a shelter-in-place order.
The suspect was described as a man with curly hair in a ponytail, wearing a light blue shirt. Anyone with information is asked to call 911.
