According to Lou Furby, MenoTalk founder and Specsavers senior events and communication manager, menopause can cause a range of symptoms affecting a woman's confidence.
Something you hear quite often from women going through menopause is the phrase, ‘I just don’t feel like me’, Furby said.
Furby shared her personal experience, stating that gaining perspective on her menopause journey helped her realize its significant impact.
I now know, being back to my normal self, just how much of myself was missing for 10 years, she highlighted.
