Vicky Pattison, the WH cover star, reflects on her journey of processing trauma and finding calm through therapy.
She recalls her first therapy session with Nik and Eva Speakman, stating:

Vicky first sought therapy a decade ago, before entering the I'm A Celebrity jungle, when she describes herself as
an angry little ball of Geordie ragewith no accountability. Through therapy, she was forced to confront her past and the trauma she had been carrying.
As she explains:
Trauma doesn’t go away, you have to unpack it.This process is ongoing for Vicky, who believes that everyone can benefit from therapy.
