Leadership Transition at Duroflex
Duroflex Limited, parent company of sleep and comfort solution brands 'Duroflex' and 'Sleepyhead', announced a leadership transition on 10th October 2025.
Mr. Jacob George has been elevated to Chairman and Managing Director (CMD) of Duroflex Limited, succeeding Mr. Mathew Chandy, who led the company for a decade.
Mathew Chandy will continue to contribute to the organisation as a whole-time Director.
Jacob George previously served as whole-time Director - Growth & Strategy, and will now power the next phase of growth.
