The 40-year-old pop star was seen kissing a shirtless Trudeau aboard her 79-foot yacht off the coast of Santa Barbara, Calif.

an eyewitness told the Daily Mail. This comes nearly three months after the pair was first spotted out for dinner and drinks at Montreal’s intimate Le Violon restaurant.
