Hebridean Distillery Secures £1.5 Million Funding
The Benbecula Distillery has secured a £1.5m investment from the British Business Bank’s Investment Fund for Scotland.
The funding, delivered via Maven Capital Partners, will be used to scale up production, support the whisky maturation process, and expand headcount.

- Production began last spring
- Visitor centre and café opened this April
Distilling is overseen by master distiller Brendan McCarron, with a career including senior roles with Moët Hennessy and Distell.
