Upcoming projects include Sharon Horgan's first feature screenplay and a 1960s-set drama based on a script by Challengers writer Justin Kuritzkes.
Actor Jude Law and producer Ben Jackson met in a pub in Primrose Hill, London, in 2000 and founded Riff Raff Entertainment in 2017. Since then, they have built a focused production company known for its writer-driven approach.
Riff Raff has first-look deals with Anton for film projects and Studio TF1 for television. Jackson highlights the benefits of these partnerships:
“It’s win-win for us. We can take a project to them and they can put it with the team that likes the project.”
Studio TF1 also supports Anton, strengthening this collaborative network.
The company now oversees a varied slate of writer-led projects and plans to open an office in Los Angeles. Jude Law emphasizes the importance of fresh talent:
“We’re hoping to expand through the involvement and the tastes of the people who are leading the development team. Nurturing other people’s ideas and passions is key to our long-term survival.”
Riff Raff Entertainment continues to establish itself as a serious creative force by focusing on the development of original, writer-driven content.
