Adelaide often shines in February and March with its rich lineup of festivals and activities. However, November has now emerged as the city’s most eventful month, celebrating the spirit of spring and community.
Throughout November, the City of Adelaide hosts a lively mix of events, including the Feast Festival, the World Beach Volleyball Championships, the beloved Christmas Pageant, and the bp Adelaide Grand Final. These diverse programs bring life to the city streets and parks, attracting locals and visitors alike.
“November showcases a rich diversity of community and multicultural celebrations, as well as world-class national and international events, reinforcing Adelaide's reputation as a vibrant and inclusive city,” said Acting Lord Mayor Keiran Snape.
“It’s an incredibly busy month and, with beautiful sunny weather coming soon, it’s time to get out and about in the city with family and friends,” said the Acting Lord Mayor.
According to the Acting Lord Mayor, these events advance the goals of the city’s Strategic Plan by making Adelaide a more engaging place to live, learn, and visit. In November alone, the City of Adelaide, through AEDA, contributes $394,000 in sponsorship to support these events.
November turns Adelaide into a lively celebration hub, merging cultural diversity, vibrant festivals, and sporting highlights into a single month of energy and connection.
