Under the patronage of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Saudi Arabia will inaugurate the 6th Islamic Solidarity Games tomorrow in Riyadh. The event will run until November 21 and includes participation from 57 Islamic nations, according to SPA.
This edition of the Games highlights the Kingdom’s continued commitment to strengthening unity among Islamic countries through sports. It also marks the return of the Games to Saudi Arabia, twenty years after the first edition was held in Makkah, which gathered athletes from across the Islamic world.
