Elder Gérald Caussé has been called to serve as the newest member of the Quorum of the Twelve Apostles in The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.
The calling occurred on Thursday, November 6, 2025, and Elder Caussé was set apart by President Dallin H. Oaks, president of the church, along with other leaders of the First Presidency and the Quorum of the Twelve Apostles.
Before his new calling, Elder Caussé served as the Presiding Bishop of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.
