DEAG Sells Family Entertainment Company to Peter Schwenkow

Grandezza Entertainment has been acquired by ELC Entertainment Leisure Consultants, a company within the corporate group of DEAG founder Peter Schwenkow. Last year, Schwenkow passed operational management of DEAG to co-CEO Detlef Kornett and transitioned into an advisory role at the German live entertainment company.

After completing his advisory duties, Schwenkow purchased Grandezza and its subsidiary Viel Vergnügen from DEAG through ELC Entertainment Leisure Consultants. The companies plan to maintain “selective cooperation” under the new ownership.
