The Starlight Foundation will feature a group of cancer-affected children in the upcoming Fremantle Football Club’s Starlight round. A seven-year-old survivor will take charge of the pre-match activities at Perth’s stadium on Saturday.
The foundation is partnering with Disney to host special screenings of the new film the latest Toy Story for children in hospitals statewide. The initiative aims to provide a day of joy and distraction to young patients.
Both efforts are part of the club’s community program for the next season.
