During the latest episode of The Kardashians, Kim Kardashian and her mother Kris Jenner heard an unexpected story from actress Glenn Close about one of her most significant auditions. The conversation took place during a set visit to Kim’s new Ryan Murphy series All’s Fair.
Previously, Kris was astonished to discover that Kim had never watched Glenn’s legendary thriller Fatal Attraction, which Kris described as one of her favorite films. Determined to fix that, the 69-year-old organized a movie night for the show’s cast and crew.
As the evening unfolded, Glenn, 78, enjoyed a martini and began sharing behind-the-scenes stories from the making of the 1987 hit film. While recounting her audition experience with Michael Douglas, she revealed that she had taken a Valium to ease her nerves — but it left her feeling a bit too calm.
“I can only have one, ‘cause after two, I become another person,” Glenn joked with a knowing smile as she accepted her drink.
“Fatal Attraction, one of Glenn’s most iconic roles, that everyone in the world has seen and remembers — except for one,” Kris remarked playfully, taking a jab at her 45-year-old daughter.
Glenn Close amused Kim Kardashian and Kris Jenner with a candid story about her Valium-fueled audition for Fatal Attraction during a lively viewing night organized by Kris.
