Four Corners Executive Producer Resigns
Matthew Carney, executive producer of Four Corners since 2022, has resigned.
Carney will remain in his position until a successor is appointed, as announced by ABC News boss Justin Stevens.

ABC stated that Carney's resignation is unrelated to an investigation into reporter Mahmood Fazal.
Carney was leaving in the coming months, but would stay until his replacement was appointed.
The final Four Corners program for 2025 aired with 575,000 viewers, and the show is currently nominated in the 2025 Walkley Awards.
