Phyllis Blanche Stafford Gordon
Phyllis Blanche Stafford Gordon, 85, of Elyria, OH, formerly of Pearisburg, VA, passed away on October 31, 2025.
She was born on May 18, 1940, in Pearisburg to Martin Lewey Stafford and Glenna Ellen Johnston Stafford.
Phyllis was preceded in death by her parents, husbands Lawrence Denver Vaught and Charles Bernard Gordon, Sr., brother Gary Dean Stafford, and sister Margaret Kaye Raynes.
- She lived in various places throughout West Virginia and Ohio before retiring to Trigg in the late 1990s.
- Phyllis was a member of Bear Spring United Methodist Church.
She was a wonderful Mother and Grandmother who provided a warm, loving home to her children and grandchildren.
Survivors include her children, Dean Vaught (Diane) of Waverly, OH, and Charles Bernard Gordon, Jr.
