Incident Reports from Lafayette County Sheriff
On November 2, 2025, several incidents were reported to the Lafayette County Sheriff.
- Wedige, 72, from Shullsburg, reported striking a deer on STH 23 in Darlington Township at 7:08 a.m. The 2025 Buick received functional damage and was driven from the scene.
- Yuen, 35, from Darlington, reported striking a deer while traveling on CTH K in Darlington Township. No injuries were reported, but the 2017 Toyota received disabling damage and was towed from the scene.
- Pedley, 41, from Shullsburg, reported striking a deer on CTH I in New Diggings Township. The 2022 GMC received functional damage and was driven from the scene.
- A two-vehicle accident occurred on STH 11 in the City of Shullsburg. Stoutenborough, 46, from Benton, was operating a dump truck and struck an SUV operated by Alyssa M. The 2017 Ram dump truck received functional damage, while Zeller's 2008 Ford received disabling damage and was towed from the scene.
