Clemency: Onoh Requests Reversal of Pardon
Josef Onoh, President Bola Tinubu's spokesman in the South East, has expressed disagreement with the pardon granted to certain convicts.
President Tinubu recently accepted the recommendations of the Presidential Advisory Committee on the Prerogative of Mercy, granting 175 individuals presidential pardon and clemency.
