A major weekend windstorm kept local emergency and utility workers, along with King County Sheriff’s Office deputies busy after trees fell onto a home and car across Burien, officials said.
Deputies responded to a call late Saturday night at SW 116th Street and Ambaum Boulevard SW, where a tree had fallen directly onto a vehicle. The King County Sheriff’s Office said the driver was not injured.
Deputies worked alongside fire crews to clear the roadway and reopen traffic.
No injuries reported
