Teenager on E-Bike Runs Over Walmart Shopper in Northern California
A woman shopping at a Walmart in Folsom was struck by a teenager riding an e-bike inside the store, according to police reports.
The collision occurred around 7:30 p.m. and the woman was knocked down, but she declined to press charges. The teenager, initially reported as a juvenile but later confirmed to be 18 years old, was given a trespass warning and released to a parent.
