PDP to Survive Defections, Accuses APC of Plot

The Chairman of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) Governors’ Forum and Governor of Bauchi State, Senator Bala Mohammed, has declared that the gale of defections by the members of the party to the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC) won’t sink the main opposition party.
Defection to APC is an act of cowardice
Mohammed stated that PDP will remain strong and reclaim power in 2027. He made this statement during the inauguration of the media sub-committee of the National Convention Organising Committee (NCOC) in Abuja.
- Governor Douye Diri of Bayelsa State is expected to join APC.
- Governor Peter Mbah of Enugu State is also moving to APC.
