Utah Probation Officer Arrested for Soliciting Sexual Conduct
A longtime agent for Utah's Adult Probation and Parole (AP&P) was arrested for soliciting inappropriate pictures and videos from a female offender he was supervising.
William "Quinn" Stickney was booked into the Utah County Jail on six counts of "soliciting sexually explicit conduct" from a person in custody, along with one count of "official misconduct".
Detectives with the Utah County Sheriff's Office investigated the case, which began when the victim disclosed to them that she was in a relationship with her probation officer, who she identified as Quinn.
