Golden Hammer Award Winners
The annual Golden Hammer awards, presented by Historic Richmond, honored standout real estate projects in the region.
Awards were presented in categories including restoration, new construction, and adaptive reuse. Developer Cory Weiner and the owners of Yellow Umbrella Provisions were double-award winners.
A transformation of a former police stables property and a pair of projects along Brookland Park Boulevard were among the top honorees.
The awards were judged by a panel of local designers, developers, preservationists, and consultants.
