Swifties Flood German Museum
A German museum has been overrun by Taylor Swift fans due to a painting resembling the opening scene of her video "The Fate of Ophelia."
The Hessische Landesmuseum in Wiesbaden saw hundreds of additional visitors over the weekend, including a family from Hamburg and American families stationed at a U.S. base.
- The visitors came to see an Art Nouveau painting by Friedrich Heyser featuring Ophelia.
- The painting is related to William Shakespeare's play Hamlet.
The museum was unexpectedly overrun by Swifties.
