Chronic Donegal Drug-Driver Warned of Prison
A Buncrana man, caught drug driving on three separate occasions, has been warned he could face prison if he reoffends.
Patrick Demczuk, 32, of Magherinture, Buncrana, pleaded guilty to three charges of driving under the influence of drugs in Buncrana District Court.
He also admitted to separate charges of drug possession and dangerous driving. Defence solicitor Frank Dorrian stated that
“all the charges arise out of the same lifestyle issue”.
Garda Sergeant Conor Mulkerns presented the evidence, with the first detection occurring on April 7, 2023.
