'I loathe gyms,' she said. 'If I meet a pal, I’d rather walk and talk than sit on my backside in a coffee shop.
Her only exercise is walking, which she prefers to doing gym workouts. She also mentioned having two new hips, which have given her more energy.
'You need to watch out when I do it – I get very aggressive,' she warned.
As for her nutrition, Celia starts her day with a cup of tea with masala spice, followed by lots of coffee.
