A jewelry store at a west-end mall in Toronto was robbed by five masked suspects on Saturday evening, according to the Toronto Police.
The suspects, allegedly armed with hammers, smashed display cases and stole merchandise from the store located in the Dufferin St. area.
Police received reports of the robbery at approximately 7:20 p.m. and responded to the scene, where they found damaged display cases and a taped-off crime scene.
Video shared by Toronto lawyer Caryma Sa’d on social platform X shows the aftermath of the robbery, with officers having guns drawn.
The incident is currently under investigation by the Toronto Police.
