Indian Motorcycle Ownership Change
US motorcycle maker Indian Motorcycles has undergone an ownership change, with a majority stake being sold by Polaris to Carolwood, a real estate and private equity firm.
Indian Motorcycle will continue to operate as part of Polaris until the deal is complete, expected to occur in early 2026.
