Titan Wealth Holdings is set to acquire the Blacktower Group of Companies, expanding its licensing footprint, discretionary and investment management capabilities, and client support infrastructure.
The acquisition combines two established firms with complementary expertise in cross-border wealth management, integrating Titan's institutional services with Blacktower's international advisory experience.
