Underage Drinking Party Leads to Arrest and Hospitalization
A 51-year-old woman, Hao Tran, was arrested in Winter Park after a 15-year-old girl was found unconscious from drinking at a house party.
Police responded to a home on Chestnut Avenue after receiving multiple 911 calls reporting teenagers who were "falling down drunk".
Upon arrival, officers found the 15-year-old girl unconscious and paramedics took her to AdventHealth Winter Park, where she was vomiting and barely coherent.
Although the girl's mother declined to press charges, it was noted that Tran initially did not want 911 to be called.
Police said more than two dozen teenagers were allegedly consuming alcohol at the party.
