Postcodes in Kings Langley and Hemel Hempstead were among those celebrating success in October's People's Postcode Lottery draws. Four Hertfordshire postcodes won prizes during the month, though it was a quieter period compared to September, when seven local areas, including one in Watford, took home rewards.
The latest draws brought another win for Kings Langley, continuing the village’s streak in the lottery. Participants in the People's Postcode Lottery contribute £12 each month for the chance to earn £1,000 in weekday draws.
On Saturdays, players compete for a share of £1 million, while Sunday entrants have the opportunity to win £30,000 each.
“It was a quieter than usual month for the county after a September that saw seven winning postcodes including an area in Watford.”
