Liverpool centre-back Ibrahima Konate will play no part in France's fixture against Iceland and will return home to Merseyside due to an injury.
Konate has been carrying an injury after being substituted during the Reds' 2-1 loss against Chelsea. Despite this, he was included in Didier Deschamps' squad and named on the bench during Friday's win over Azerbaijan.
However, Konate will now leave the camp and head back to Liverpool. He has been struggling for form in recent weeks and is yet to sign a contract extension, which is due to expire at the end of the season.
With a fixture against Manchester United to come next Sunday, Liverpool may have to turn to Joe Gomez.
Alarm bells should have been sounding for Liverpoolafter news emerged that Konate was training alone ahead of Friday's game.
