CITROËN CREATES THE CHARGE UP IN 30 GUIDE, AS HALF OF PARENTS SAY THEY ARE CONCERNED THAT THEIR CHILDREN DON’T GET ENOUGH EXERCISE

Citroën Launches the “Charge Up in 30” Guide

Citroën’s new research reveals that half of UK parents worry their children are not getting enough exercise, with over a third citing lack of time as the main obstacle. In London, this figure rises to 45%.

To address this issue, Citroën has introduced the Charge Up in 30 Guide — a set of family-friendly exercise routines that can be completed within 30 minutes, the same amount of time needed to charge Citroën’s new ë-C3 using a rapid charger.

Expert Collaboration

The guide was developed by Alex Bell, British 5km Road Running Champion and Olympic 800m finalist, alongside Andrew Henderson, Head Coach at the Leeds England Athletics Hub.

“Our goal is to help families get active together, even with busy schedules,” said Alex Bell.

Commitment to Accessible Mobility

This initiative forms part of Citroën’s ongoing partnership with England Athletics, supporting grassroots running and promoting active lifestyles. Citroën continues its commitment to make mobility comfortable and accessible, offering one of the broadest ranges of electric vehicles under £35,000.

Families can download the Charge Up in 30 Guide at Citroën’s official website and sign up for the Stellantis Communications Newsletter for future updates.
