Achievements of Over 100 Apprentices Celebrated at Mid Wales Graduation

More than one hundred apprentices from across Wales were honored by the Cambrian Training Company at a graduation ceremony held in Llanelwedd, Mid Wales, on Tuesday. The event recognized the apprentices’ dedication and hard work within their respective professions.

The Welshpool-based training provider also hosted the Mid Wales leg of the Roadtrip to Excellence — part of the Team Wales torch relay — celebrating Wales hosting the WorldSkills UK National Finals for the first time, scheduled from November 25 to 28.

Remarks from Cambrian Training Leadership

“You are not just building your careers, you are shaping the future of Wales. The skills you’ve gained are tools. How you use them, adapt them and build with them is your next chapter. Keep learning, growing and remember: every challenge is a chance to shape your future.”

Faith O’Brien, managing director of Cambrian Training Company, congratulated the apprentices during the ceremony and emphasized the importance of continuous learning and adaptability in their careers.

Company Achievements

O’Brien noted that more than 540 apprentices had completed their training programmes over the past six months, calling their journeys “stories of growth, resilience and ambition.” Five graduates from the company’s supported shared apprenticeship programme attended the Llanelwedd event to celebrate their accomplishments.
