Over 100 apprentices were honored at a graduation ceremony held on Tuesday, November 4, in Llanelwedd, Mid Wales. The event was hosted by Cambrian Training Company, a leading work-based learning provider based in Welshpool.
The ceremony also marked the Mid Wales leg of the Roadtrip to Excellence Team Wales torch relay, part of the preparation for the WorldSkills UK National Finals. Wales will host this prestigious competition for the first time from November 25 to 28.

Faith O’Brien shared that over 540 apprentices had completed their frameworks during the past six months, highlighting the significant progress made.
Five apprentices who completed their training through Cambrian Training’s supported shared apprenticeship programme were among the graduates. This programme is a collaboration with Elite and Agoriad and supports learners with additional needs.
This ceremony highlights the vital role of apprenticeships in equipping young people with skills that contribute to both their personal future and the development of Wales.
