A Calgary man, Randall Arsenault, 58, faces charges following an investigation by the Cochrane RCMP into a suspected overdose death earlier this month in the Mînî Thnî area of the Stoney Nakoda Nations.
The probe began in early October when Cochrane RCMP responded to a suspected overdose death in Mînî Thnî.
The CRU initiated an inquiry to determine the source of the drugs linked to the incident, which ultimately identified Arsenault in Calgary as a suspect.
