Green Carbon Inc., led by CEO Jun Okita, has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Living Roots Pte., a regenerative agriculture company headquartered in Singapore and led by CEO Avi Agarwal. This partnership focuses on the large-scale development and commercialization of biochar-derived organic fertilizers for rubber plantations in Thailand and Southeast Asia.
The collaboration aims to create a new model integrating regenerative agriculture with carbon credit generation by utilizing agricultural residues effectively. Together, the companies plan to establish a supply system producing over 3,000 tons of biochar annually.
