Rogers Communications completed its buyout of the remaining 37.5 percent stake in Maple Leaf Sports and Entertainment from Kilmer Sports for $4.35 billion.
The deal turns Rogers the exclusive owner of MLSE.
This move expands Rogers' oversight across the Toronto Maple Leafs, Toronto Raptors, and additional teams in the company's franchise portfolio.
Multiple outlets reported the finalised transaction on Monday.
Rogers previously maintained a controlling stake in MLSE alongside Kilmer Sports.
